IALA Accreditation

NMA received formal accreditation from Mawani (Saudi Ports Authority) to deliver fully accredited IALA (International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities) to conduct and asses Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) training. NMA is now the sole provider of this accredited training for the Kingdom. Being the only IALA recognized training centre in the Kingdom for VTS courses places us in a unique and influential position to contribute to the development of the maritime community and ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency in vessel traffic management.
